Don't have a clue about the language but yes I can tell you bout the CAPS. In simple words Caps can be explained as the pics (pictures or still snapshots) from the movie itself which actually gives an idea, what to expect from the whole movie. This way, ppl with slow download speed can decide if they wanna download the clip or not...it makes a lot of difference on replies to ur thread as well.
